1. Acceptance
By using otaimarketing.com you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
OTAI Marketing provides social media management and content creation services. Scope defined in service agreements.
3. Payment
50% upfront, 50% after first month of content delivery. Retainers billed monthly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content created remains OTAI's property until full payment is received, then client receives full license.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide brand assets, account access, and timely approvals. Delays affect timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties keep shared information confidential.
8. Termination
30 days written notice required. Client owes for all content created up to termination.
9. Governing Law
Laws of the State of Michigan.
